This was an evening that was meant to be purely about entertainment and enjoying an epic film in the epic surroundings of Jema El Fnaa in Marrakech but it turned out to be more than that and to raise a question that we all face wherever we are living, What do you do when you see something bad happening?

Alex Stein credits her Grandmother with starting her off on yoga. She has been practising since she was a child and now she is sharing that experience. Her speciality is yoga for healing. I need some flexibility and she promised no pain.....

210 goats, 1 sheep, 7 mules, 10 camels, 3 donkeys, 2 dogs, 22 people and one chicken. It was crowded in the early morning light as we kicked off the first proper day of the migration.
